Shrimp Fried shrimp

The ingredients: Fried shrimp

- 375 g peeled shrimp
- 1
eggs - 2-3 tablespoons flour
- salt and pepper
- 300 ml oil
- 1 lemon

Preparation: Fried shrimp


To make shrimp fritters:

1 / Clean shrimp.

2 / Make a paste with egg, flour, salt and pepper and mix well.

3 / Dip shrimp in batter and then fry in hot oil until browned.

4 / Drain on paper towels.

Serve with lemon wedges.
