cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
50g sugar
A vinegar (cider, for example)
Red wine (red meat) white wine (for white meat)
2 cloves sprig of thyme
A jar of huckleberry
Cranberry Sauce "at Glode"
Melt the sugar with the vinegar then add the wine, cloves and thyme.
Add salt and pepper and reduce.
Add a little cornflour if necessary to thicken the sauce.
Stop cooking then add the cranberries. Serve with
.. bison or other meat
