Granadans veal with morels

Ingredients:

veal fillet
morels (fresh or dried otherwise)
Fresh cream

Granadans veal with morels and "Glode"


Cook over low heat in a little butter and morels.
In a hot oil sear the slices of veal tenderloin pepper.
Add the morels and cream fraiche and finish the seasoning
