Cheesecake Strawberry Cake
For the base: 250 g type Petit Beurre biscuits, gingerbread ... (Here I added a bit of gingerbread)

Cream:

A pot of 20 cl of cream
fresh lemon zest 1
3 eggs 125 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoon flour 500 g strawberries
Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Bake 8-10 minutes in oven at 150 °.
Mix with mixer and cream cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar. Then add flour, eggs and lemon zest. Mix for a few minutes. The baked cookie, spread strawberries (and I put a few raspberries), keep a few strawberries for decoration. Pour cream over all and bake at 150 ° for 1:10 am.
Serve chilled and garnish top with remaining fruit.
