Ingredients for 8 people
a pastry, a remainder of ratatouille, 2 eggs, 6 anchovy fillets, salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 210 ° (TH7).
Spread batter into a mold and pour over the stew in a thick layer to which you add the eggs, salt and pepper. Arrange the anchovies. Put in oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve hot or warm with a green salad.
