Preparation time: 10 min
Ingredients: 400g black olives, 50 g of tuna in brine, 2 or 3 cloves garlic, 8 fillets anchovies, 1 tablespoon capers, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 10 cl of olive oil (approximately), 1 pinch of pepper.
Mix all ingredients except olive oil. When everything is well chopped, add the oil slowly (like mayonnaise), until a thick paste spreads.
